Nursing specialist
Field of activity
The field of activity includes health and nursing care. In particular, they care for the sick, injured and disabled.
Professional aptitude/ further training
The professional aptitude for practising the profession of nursing specialist is possessed by anyone who can prove with a diploma that they have completed at least three years of training at a recognized training institution for healthcare and nursing.
Special features
The license to practice the profession is issued for a specific specialist area in accordance with the proven training.
The nurse may only carry out diagnostic and therapeutic procedures on the orders of a doctor.

In accordance with Art. 7 ff of the Health Act and Art. 60 to 62 of the Health Ordinance.
