First names of the child
If the parents are married to each other, they jointly determine the first names of the child, otherwise only the mother is entitled to the name. The names are to be communicated to the Liechtenstein Civil Registry Office with the birth announcement. In principle, the parents may give the child any given name, provided that this does not obviously violate the interests of the child.
