The Liechtenstein National Archives regularly offers interested parties courses on various archival topics such as the reading of old manuscripts.

Reading ancient manuscripts

We are pleased to welcome you to our popular handwriting reading course at the Liechtenstein National Archives. In the course, participants learn to read German handwriting from the 18th to the middle of the 20th century. Of course, we also integrate the written documents brought by the participants themselves into the course.

The next handwriting reading course will take place in November 2024. More Information will follow

Lectures

Several times a year we host exciting and interesting lectures on the history of Liechtenstein. We look forward to your participation and thus offer you the opportunity to get in touch directly with the speakers as well as other interested parties.

Quarterly insight into the archival materials

Regularly we present under this heading in cooperation with the Adult Education Stein Egerta special archival materials and their history. Look forward to an entertaining and informative lecture followed by a discussion.
