In the course of formation, public authentication is essential:
- Company limited by units: Articles of association (Article 377 PGR)
- Mutual insurance association: Articles of association (Article 497 PGR)
- Community of property: Contract on the establishment of a community of property (Article 780 PGR)
- Entailed estates: Public document or articles of association (Article 829 PGR)
