flagging days
On general flagging days, private buildings shall also be flagged. General flagging days are:
- State holiday (August 15);
- Day of the enactment of the Constitution (October 5);
- Day of the beginning of the reign of the Prince;
- Birthday and name day of the Prince;
- Fronleichnam.
Mourning occasions
On occasions of mourning, flags shall be flown at half-mast. Where flags cannot be set at half-mast, they shall be flown with a mourning flag.
