Other public documents/deeds
For the purpose of safekeeping, safeguarding or similar, as well as in cases regulated by law (e.g. trusteeship), participants, all or individual, may deposit with the Office of Justice/Commercial Register deeds and other files by paying a fee, if they are suitable to deposit.
These documents are not public. Inspection, extracts, copies or certificates of files and documents deposited in accordance with Article 990 PGR may be requested only in accordance with Article 955a PGR.
Laws
The Office of Justice does not draw up deeds or contracts, except drawing up the public deeds required by law and providing assistance with the submission.
