Reference offer core network
Public consultation on the reference offer for physical access to infrastructure in the core network
Liechtensteinische Kraftwerke (LKW) have submitted a reference offer for physical access to infrastructure in the core network to the Office for Communications (AK) for approval based on the corresponding obligation arising from the Decree on "Measures of special regulation on the wholesale market for physical access to network infrastructures for high-capacity transmission paths in the core network " of 22 May 2014 (M Kernnetz).
The Office for Communications is conducting a consultation on this reference offer and offers interested parties concerned the opportunity to comment on it.
Please note that the price list of the core network reference offer in question is not final, as the regulated rates will be based, after approval, on a cost calcuation model which is currently being subjected to consultation. It is therefore highly likely that prices will change.
