Process types and methods

According to Articles 21 to 26 of the Law on Public Procurement and Articles 33 to 37 of the Law on Public Procurement in the Sectors and Articles 22 to 28a of the Ordinance on Public Procurement and Articles 27 to 33b of the Ordinance on Public Procurement in the Sectors, there are the following six types of procedure:

Direct award

Negotiated procedure

Open procedure

Restricted procedure

Competitive dialog

Innovation partnership

and the following methods of awarding public contracts:

Dynamic purchasing system;

Framework agreement;

electronic auction, and

electronic catalog
