Educational opportunities after compulsory education

Broad educational offer before and during vocational training

After the nine compulsory school years, students who are motivated to learn can benefit from a wide range of further education opportunities in Liechtenstein and neighboring countries.

The prerequisite for a definitive admission to various secondary schools is a passed entrance examination. For the apprenticeship-based vocational baccalaureate schools, a completed apprenticeship contract is also required.
Students can prepare for an entrance exam as part of their school's elective course offerings. Since the requirements for all secondary schools are very high, only students who have a real chance of passing the exam and are additionally willing to prepare as best as possible should sit for the entrance exams.

The part-time Vocational Baccalaureate School Liechtenstein can only be taken after completing a vocational apprenticeship.
