Project Management

The Project Planning Division for State Buildings acts as the client's representative and is responsible for the planning, construction and maintenance of state-owned buildings and facilities. In doing so, higher-level specifications and framework conditions as well as aspects of sustainable construction are taken into account comprehensively.

In addition to the aforementioned core tasks in the real estate portfolio of the National Administration, the Division assumes an accompanying, auditing and controlling role in the alignment of state subsidies to third parties for projects of statewide interest.
