Building application via building application form
For natural persons without an electronic identity card (eID), the planning application form will remain available for planning applications. In order to facilitate a fast approval process, please note the following points:
- The application documents must be signed by hand and submitted in paper form (see form).
- In addition to the paper documents, a PDF version of the application documents (single copy) must be submitted.
- If the documents are submitted in PDF format, a single paper copy must be enclosed (approved copy by the client).

- Building services installations
- Energy certificate
- Building application form regarding natural hazards
- Final acceptance of construction regarding natural hazards
