Land acquisition

The national administrations's infrastructure requires space and, accordingly, land. Be this for

• the construction of buildings for the performance of public functions, such as the offices and departments of the provincial administration, work yards, schools and foundations or
• the civil engineering/road construction in terms of additions and adjustments to roads and streets owned by the country.

In addition to project-related activities, precautionary land acquisition is also undertaken. Precautionary land acquisition aims to secure land for long-term projects.
