Accident reports

The insured person is required to promptly report the accident event to their employer or the insurance company. In the event of an inexcusable failure by the insured person or their survivors to report the accident, the insurance company may reduce individual or all benefits by half. In cases of deliberately false accident reporting, the insurance company reserves the right to refuse payment altogether.

No entitlement to insurance benefits exists if the damage to health or death was intentionally caused. In instances where the insured person has contributed to the accident through gross negligence, cash benefits will be subject to reduction. In particularly severe cases, such as felonies or misdemeanors, benefits may be denied altogether.
