Postal services
All postal service providers who operate within the scope of the Postal Services and Parcel Delivery Services Act must fulfil the obligations set out in Art. 6 of this Act. These requirements form the basis for the provision of postal services within Liechtenstein.
This includes, in particular, the obligation to comply with working conditions that are customary in the industry. Standard working conditions in the postal sector and related or comparable industries are considered appropriate in this context.
