Art. 40 KomG stipulates that measures taken by the regulatory authority which are likely to have significant impact on the relevant market or certain user groups must be published in electronic form, unless there are overriding public or private interests to the contrary.
In accordance with this provision as well as further provisions aimed at generally increasing the transparency of government action, in the case of the Office for Communications in particular regulatory activities, the decisions of the Office for Communications are published here electronically in an appropriate manner and in compliance with the legislation on information and data protection.
