Action plan
In accordance with Art. 66 of the Environmental Protection Act the government draws up a plan with strategies and measures for the ongoing reduction or elimination of emissions of air pollutants and greenhouse gases and ensures its implementation.
Based on the legal mandate, the plan of measures was drawn up in 2007 by the Office of Environment and the Ministry together with the offices involved. This contains 36 measures that can be assigned to the following source groups Traffic (V), Industry and Commerce (I/G), Agriculture (LW), Households (HH). The report also summarizes the clean air policy of the last 25 years.
