In addition, current data on account holders in the Liechtenstein Kyoto Register can be called up directly on the European Transaction Logs (EUTL) website.

In accordance with Annex XIII of the Registry Regulation of the European Commission (EC) No 920/2010, the EUTL shall publish the following information on the installations linked to operator holding accounts and on aircraft operators:

• a. as of April 1 of the year (X 1), the verified emissions of the installation for the respective previous year;
• b. After May 15 of each year (X 1), the number of surrendered allowances and CERs and ERUs surrendered by the company to the national account to cover the verified emissions of the previous year;
• c. From May 1 of each year (X 1), a compliance status symbol. This symbol indicates whether or not the respective company has met its obligations to surrender a sufficient number of allowances for the verified emissions.

In addition, the number of allowances allocated to a company must be published each year.

The above data can be viewed directly in the EUTL sorted by operator or aircraft operator account.

The information on verified emissions provides the public with the actual CO2 emissions from an installation, calculated in accordance with the approved monitoring methods and verified by an independent verification body.
