German as a second language

German as a second language (DaZ) as additional instruction counts according to support concept to the special school measures. DaZ is aimed at children and adolescents of non-German first language. DaZ expands the language competence of these students so that they can follow the lessons in kindergarten or in their regular class without language problems. DaZ supplementary instruction takes place in the classroom, in group and/or individual settings in the subject areas of German, NMG as well as in connection with SFL (support/support course and learning assistance).
