Registration now possible! New edition of the thermography funding program for older properties
Energy price developments, security of supply and savings measures – buzzwords that were on everyone’s lips in 2022. Energy prices will remain high in 2023 and long-term reductions in consumption will be important. The thermography funding program is therefore entering a second round.
For older properties with a building permit before March 30, 1993, enormous potential is seen in terms of improving the building envelope. In order to give property owners an initial impression of the condition of their building, the “Thermal Imaging Campaign” program was initiated last year by the Energy Department of the Office of Economic Affairs. Due to high demand, this program is now being continued. With a personal contribution of only CHF 100, applicants receive 6 – 10 outdoor thermography images with a short report. The flat rate is CHF 260 per object. The remaining amount of CHF 160 per property will be paid directly by the energy department. Following the campaign, there will be another event with information on how to proceed.
Registration Take advantage of the opportunity and register by mail (original signature required) by December 15, 2023. Fill out the registration form, tear it off and put it in the mailbox.
