Grief after suicide

Relatives' self-help meeting for the bereaved

Anyone who has lost someone to suicide is grieving. Sometimes the bereaved feel sadness and longing, but also deep insecurity, shame, guilt and sometimes anger. All these feelings are normal and an important part of the grieving process. The exchange in the self-help group can help to set the normal grieving process in motion and find your way back to life.

Would you like to exchange ideas and find out more about the subject?
Then we look forward to inviting you to our relatives' self-help meeting.
