Parcel delivery services
All parcel delivery service providers who are subject to Liechtenstein legislation under the directly applicable Regulation (EU) 2018/644 on cross-border parcel delivery services, i.e. those who are based in Liechtenstein, must comply with general requirements (cf. Art. 7 of the Postal Services and Parcel Delivery Services Act).
This also applies to parcel delivery service providers who are established in a third country and who provide parcel delivery services in Liechtenstein.
