Our tasks

The selection of personnel is one of our central tasks and is carried out in close cooperation with the respective offices. After receipt of the application, a written confirmation of receipt is sent to the applicants. As a rule, the entire process, including the subsequent pre-selection, interviewing and decision-making, takes several weeks. The positive or negative decision is made in writing.

We are responsible for the organizational development of all official offices and support them in the following areas:

  • Reorganization
  • Organizational analyses
  • Organizational structures and processes
  • Job classifications
  • Job descriptions
  • Functions and competencies diagram

We coordinate the salary administration of the entire Liechtenstein National Administration. In addition to the wages of our employees, wages are also paid to the following stakeholders:

  • Teachers (contact person: school office)
  • Music teachers (contact: music school)
  • Employees of the University of Liechtenstein (contact: University of Liechtenstein)
  • Employees of the Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein (contact: Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein)

Compensation

We are also responsible for the settlement of compensation to dependent persons of commissions, boards of trustees, collegiate courts, etc., which perform tasks on behalf of the state.

Salary Table

The salary law (BesG) contains in the appendix the salary table. According to Art. 28 para. 2 BesG, this is to be adjusted to inflation
