Reference offer for access via VoIP

Consultation on the Decree approving the reference offer for access to the fixed telephone network of Telecom Liechtenstein AG via VoIP (16 July 2019)

Telecom Liechtenstein AG has submitted their reference offer for access to the public telephone network via VoIP to the Office for Communications for approval, based on the obligations arising from the Decree concerning measures of special regulation for access to the public telephone network at fixed locations (market M1).

The Office for Communications is conducting a consultation on the draft Decree approving the reference offer, consisting of the following documents: Framework Agreement, product description, additional services, operations, line order form, trunk order form, authorisation of number transition, contact.

The regulated rates for the wholesale product access to the fixed telephone network of Telecom Liechtenstein AG via VoIP were approved by Decree dated 22 February 2019 and are therefore not part of the present consultation.

Pursuant to Art. 46 of the Communications Act, interested parties concerned have the opportunity to submit comments as part of the consultation. Should you be interested in doing so, we look forward to receiving your statement.
