Eligible tenants are families and single parents with dependent children (including parents and dependents living in the same household) who have had their civil law residence in Liechtenstein for at least one year.
Rental contributions are paid if the annual household income does not exceed the following maximum limits:

The entitlement to rent contributions arises from the beginning of the month in which the complete application is submitted to the Office of Social Services. Payment is made monthly and is generally transferred to the applicant. In order to ensure the appropriate use of the rent contributions, payment to a third party may be requested in individual cases.
