The Government Legal Services publishes parliamentry decisions (Landtagsbeschlüsse) - laws, financial decisions and international treaties - in the Official Gazette (Amtsblatt) and in the national newspaper for the referendum. The referendum documents can be found on the homepage of the Government Chancellery.
