Legal Division
The Legal Division is responsible for the following tasks:
- Preparation of guidelines, directives and other general regulations of the Office of Education
- Processing complaints
- Processing of or advice in connection with documents (laws, regulations)
- Dealing with legal issues from school management, teachers and parents
- Conducting training courses
- Coordination in the area of recognition of professional qualifications (participation in EFTA working group, observer in EU bodies)
- Advising foundation boards (art school, music school) on legal issues
