Family name of the child
Children of parents married to each other carry the common surname of the parents.
If the parents are not married to each other, the child shall be given at birth the name which the mother bears at the time of birth. If the mother leads a double name, then a corresponding declaration must be signed at the civil registry office, which of these two names the mother wants to give your newborn child.
