The safety of our food can only be ensured if all parties involved - food industry, authority and consumers -  assume their responsibilities and duties and comply with legal requirements.

In addition to this  it is necessary that the use of additives is regulated, new processes are tested and potential risks are regularly assessed.   FSVO Information
