Analysis list
Pursuant to Article 54a of the Health Insurance Ordinance (KVV), the Swiss List of Analyses, as issued by the Federal Department of Home Affairs (FDHA), governs the benefits and rates applicable to mandatory health insurance for analyses.
The government reserves the right to establish regulations that deviate from the lists, provisions, tariffs, and prices applicable in Switzerland. Furthermore, it may enact regulations for compensating designated additional expenses related to on-call and emergency services provided by laboratories.
Divergences from the Swiss analysis list are outlined in Annex 2b KVV.
The analysis list for the Principality of Liechtenstein is based on the systematic listing of analysis items from the currently valid Swiss analysis list (Annex 3 of the Krankenpflege-Leistungsverordnung, KLV, of September 29, 1995, SR 832.112.31). It's important to note that the "Description" column may contain references to Swiss law. For Liechtenstein, an additional "Chapter 0" is included, reflecting the mentioned deviations in terms of tariffs.
