Mandatory order provisions
The mandatory procurement provisions are defined in Article 17 of the Law on Public Procurement and Article 29 of the Law on Public Procurement in the sectors. The following provisions are mandatory:
- environmental Protection;
- occupational health and safety;
- working Conditions Bureau, such as in particular the provisions on remuneration and rest and vacation periods;
- equal treatment of men and women;
- the foreign police treatment of third-country nationals;
- taxes and social security contributions;
- as well as the General and Special Terms and Conditions of Contract, which are specified as mandatory in the tender documents.
