Management

In addition to the overall management and responsibility for personnel and organisation, the Head of the Office is also responsible for representing Liechtenstein on the Culture Commission of the International Lake Constance Conference IBK (from 01.07.2024 as Commission Chair) and on the Steering Committee for Culture, Cultural Heritage and Landscape (CDCPP) of the Council of Europe, as well as the organisation of extraordinary projects in the field of culture.

The Office of Cultural Affairs is responsible for the ‘Kulturtalk’ with the heads of Liechtenstein's cultural institutions, the Austria-Liechtenstein cultural policy dialogue and the Austria-Switzerland-Liechtenstein cultural talks.

The Head of Office also heads the Monument Preservation Department as the national monument conservator.
