Fiscal Authority
The Fiscal Authority is subordinated to the Ministry of General Government Affairs and Finance.
Its responsibilities include the collection of taxes under the Tax Law (property and income tax, corporate income tax, real estate gains tax) and the Value Added Tax Law. In addition, the Fiscal Authority is responsible for the negotiation of international tax treaties (in particular DTAs) as well as the international exchange of information in tax matters.

Äulestrasse 38 is centrally located in Vaduz, Liechtenstein. If you are arriving by car, follow the main road toward the town center. Turn onto Äulestrasse, which is clearly signposted. Number 38 is on the left side of the street, roughly in the middle. Parking is available along Äulestrasse or nearby.
If traveling by public transport, get off at the Vaduz Post bus stop. From there, it’s about a five to seven-minute walk. Head south along the main road and then turn right onto Äulestrasse. Walk along the street until you reach number 38 on the left-hand side.
On foot, Äulestrasse is easy to reach from Vaduz town center. Follow the signs pointing to Äulestrasse. Number 38 is clearly visible on the left side of the street.
