Public consultation on the LKW cost calculation model
Liechtensteinische Kraftwerke (LKW) have submitted their cost calculation model for network provider communications to the Office for Communications (AK) for approval based on the obligations arising from the Decrees concerning measures of special regulation on the wholesale market for physical access to network infrastructures at fixed locations (M4) and for physical access to network infrastructures for high-capacity transmission paths in the core network (M Kernnetz).
The Office for Communications is conducting a consultation on the Decree approving the cost calculation model and offers interested parties concerned the opportunity to comment.
At this point in time, the approval of the cost calculation model only concerns its systematics, not the specific costs, quantities or rates. The costs will be calculated in a next step based on the approved cost calculation model.

Pursuant to Art. 46 of the Communications Act, interested parties concerned have the opportunity to submit comments as part of the consultation process. Should you be interested in doing so, we look forward to receiving your statement.
