Legal name and name clarifications
The "legal name" is the name of an entrepreneur under which the entrepreneur participates in business transactions. Every entrepreneur may carry only one legal name for his company. In addition, registered companies may appear only under their legal name (obligation to use legal names and other names).
It is called “name” under which foundations, associations and natural persons (sole proprietorships) participate in business transactions.
