Administrative procedure for the formation of doctors' companies
The following is the procedure for founding a medical association:
- Submit the application form with all necessary enclosures to the Office of Public Health.
- The documents submitted are checked by the Office of Public Health.
- If everything meets the requirements, a certificate is sent to the Office of Justice, Commercial Register and the applicant.
- Formation of the company and entry in the commercial register.
- Submission of proof of entry in the commercial register (extract from the commercial register) by the applicant to the Office of Public Health.
- Preparation of a fee-based decree and entry in the list of medical associations by the Office of Public Health.
- Fees for entry in the list of medical associations: CHF 2000.
