Administrative procedure for the formation of doctors' companies

The following is the procedure for founding a medical association:

  1. Submit the application form with all necessary enclosures to the Office of Public Health.
  2. The documents submitted are checked by the Office of Public Health.
  3. If everything meets the requirements, a certificate is sent to the Office of Justice, Commercial Register and the applicant.
  4. Formation of the company and entry in the commercial register.
  5. Submission of proof of entry in the commercial register (extract from the commercial register) by the applicant to the Office of Public Health.
  6. Preparation of a fee-based decree and entry in the list of medical associations by the Office of Public Health.
  7. Fees for entry in the list of medical associations: CHF 2000.
