Subsidies are available for the construction, acquisition, and renovation, to the extent related to a change in ownership, of single-family homes and residential units in high-density developments within the country.
Eligible are single-family houses and residential units in dense superstructure with a net living area of at least 60 m2 and at most 150 m2.
Properties that have been subsidized under the cubic meter system and not altered and exceed the maximum allowable net living area of 150 m2 may, in the event of a transfer of ownership, be subsidized under the provisions of this law.
