Promotion

Subsidies are available for the construction, acquisition, and renovation, to the extent related to a change in ownership, of single-family homes and residential units in high-density developments within the country.

Eligible are single-family houses and residential units in dense superstructure with a net living area of at least 60 m2 and at most 150 m2.

Properties that were subsidized under the cubic-meter system, have not been altered, and exceed the maximum allowable net living area of 150 m² may be eligible for subsidies under the provisions of this law in the event of a transfer of ownership.
