Use of public land
A permit from the Civil Engineering and Geoinformation Office is required for the use of public land (country roads and municipal roads), for example for scaffolding, deposits or construction site installations.
The Civil Engineering and Geoinformation Office issues instructions to the construction companies for the signaling of the construction site (Art. 79ff SSV).
The use of public land may only commence once the permit and the traffic regulations of the Civil Engineering and Geoinformation Office have been issued.
