Structural road maintenance
Repairs and renovations to verges and surfaces are part of structural road maintenance.
In order to achieve the originally specified service life of the facilities, their condition is periodically assessed. This allows appropriate repairs or renovations to be planned and initiated in good time. This work is normally carried out by private companies under the supervision of the works department. Minor repairs to pavements, manholes and guidance systems are carried out by the plant operator.
