Direct award
In accordance with Article 26 of the ÖAWV Ordinance on Public Procurement and Article 31 of the ÖAWSV Ordinance on Public Procurement, direct award is possible in the sectors up to a maximum contract value of CHF 100,000 for all construction, supply and service contracts. The contract must be awarded under normal market conditions. A contract notice may be waived.
