Who are the client "sector companies"?

Contracting entities in the sectors are those operating in the water, Energy, transport and postal services sectors, provided that they carry out activities within the meaning of Art. 5 to 7 of the Public Procurement Act in the sectors. This includes, for example

  • the Principality of Liechtenstein
  • the municipalities
  • bodies governed by public law and public enterprises,
  • the Liechtenstein Unterland Water Supply WLU,
  • the Group Water Supply Liechtenstein Oberland GWO,
  • the Liechtenstein Power Plants LKW,
  • the Liechtenstein Heat LW,
  • the Public Transport Company LIECHTENSTEINmobil,
  • the Liechtenstein Post AG and
  • the Mountain Railways Malbun AG.
