The area of responsibility of the "Finance and Accounting" organizational unit includes:

  • Managing personnel administration for school staff
  • Determining and instructing the salaries and allowances of around 600 teaching staff on the basis of deployment and timetables (in close coordination with the Inspectorate or the School Inspectorate)
  • Creation of the budget and management of the accounting system (personnel expenses of the entire public school system, material expenses at the state schools, contributions to domestic and foreign institutions, operating cost contributions, subsidies to private schools etc.)
  • Maintaining and updating the student database
  • Leading the reception desk and interdepartmental point of contact for questions
