Finance and accounting

The "Finance and Accounting" organizational unit is responsible for:

  • Managing the personnel administration for school staff
  • Determining and instructing the salaries and allowances of around 600 teaching staff on the basis of deployment and timetables (in close coordination with the Inspectorate and the school supervisory board)
  • Drawing up the budget and managing the accounting system (personnel expenses for the entire public school system, material expenses at the state schools, contributions to domestic and foreign institutions, operating cost contributions, subsidies to private schools, etc.)
  • Maintaining and updating the pupil database
  • Managing the reception desk and interdepartmental point of contact for questions
