The "Finance and Accounting" organizational unit is responsible for:

• Managing personnel administration for school staff
• Determining and disbursing salaries and allowances for approximately 600 teachers based on work assignments and class schedules (in close coordination with the Inspectorate or the school supervisory authority)
• Preparing the budget and managing accounting (personnel expenses for the entire public school system, operating expenses for state schools, contributions to domestic and foreign institutions, operating cost contributions, subsidies to private schools, etc.)
• Maintaining and updating the student database
• Staffing the reception desk and serving as a cross-departmental point of contact for inquiries
