Quality assurance monitoring in compulsory health insurance
Quality assurance monitoring in mandatory health insurance is conducted in accordance with Article 10 of the Ordinance of May 22, 2007, on Cost Objectives and Quality Assurance in Mandatory Health Care Insurance (KQV). The Office of Public Health conducts an annual review of the implementation of quality assurance (QA) measures. As per Article 11 of the KQV, a summary of the measures implemented within the framework of QA is published on the internet.
The summary is restricted to compliance with the reporting obligation.
