Hazardous waste from trade and industry
Special waste from commerce and industry must be handed over to licensed disposal companies Ordinance on the Movement of Waste, VeVA SR 814.610.
On the Internet platforms www.abfall.ch and www.veva-online.admin.ch you will find information on the respective waste disposal companies. There is also the possibility to perform queries, e.g. for waste codes.

Commercial and industrial companies can dispose of hazardous waste up to a maximum of 1,000 kg/year and donor at the collection point for hazardous and toxic waste in Buchs SG for a fee. The fee is based on the acceptance conditions of the collection point in Buchs.
