The next Equal Opportunities Award is expected to be presented in November 2027.
The 2025 Equal Opportunities Award went to the “Staffelstab der Inklusion” (Relay Baton of Inclusion) project run by the Verein Betreutes Wohnen.
The two recognition awards went to the Junges Theater Liechtenstein for the “Theater von Anfang an!” (Theater from the Start!) project and to the Sonnenstern association for the “Durch die Wand – Kunst und Jugend” (Through the Wall – Art and Youth) project.

The restaurant "Salz + Pfeffer" has been employing a young chef for a year. The young man has been deaf since birth. He attended the school for the deaf in Zurich and then completed his training as a chef at a company in Zurich. He graduated from the vocational school for the hearing impaired in Zurich. Communication between the service team and the kitchen is not always optimal. The management therefore decides to offer the employees coaching and an introduction to sign language. Intercultural family day (135 KB)
The 600 employees of this industrial company come from Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Croatia, Serbia, Albania, the Netherlands and Tunisia. The Family Day, planned for the first time on this scale, will feature culinary and entertainment offerings from these countries. The employees will thus also get to know the other cultures better. The Intercultural Family Day is also a good opportunity for the company to present itself. All employees can show their workplace to family members during a tour of the company..

The TAT model(174 KB)
Our TAT model combines teleworking and part-time work. The company is initially starting with two pilot jobs. After the birth of her child, a long-standing employee in the administrative department can split her 50 percent workload equally between her presence at work and at home. A young man, who has just become a father and works in research and development, can work 40% at the company and 50% from home for a limited period of three years.
