Authorisation
National space activities conducted by non-public entities require authorisation from the supervisory body (see Art. VI Outer Space Treaty or Principle 5 of the Declaration of Principles).
Applications for authorisation can be submitted to the Office for Communications as the competent supervisory body. Detailed information about the application, including required details and documents, is outlined in Art. 4 and 5 of the Space Act, as well as in Art. 3 and 4 of the applicable Ordinance.
A complete application facilitates processing and promotes an efficient review of the request.
