Application
The application for the direction of funding must be submitted on the official forms. The application must be in writing, complete, signed, and submitted by the deadline.
Necessary documents for the application
- Form "Proof of citizenship for Liechtenstein nationals"
- Confirmation of residence (Foreigners and Passport Office)
- Form "Gross acquisition" (municipality)
- Confirmation of the Office of Justice on real estate ownership in the country (both spouses)
- Extract from the land register
- Surveyed floor plans (1:100) from the building application
- Floor area diagram/BGF calculation
- Area calculation (net living area/additional area) according to WBFG
- Story justification / floor regulations
- Detailed cost estimate or preliminary purchase agreement or purchase contract
- Financing assurance from the bank
- For properties with trade the trade permit
Deadlines/Sanctions
Creating a home - The application for grant funds must be submitted before the start of construction. Construction may not begin until afterdelivery of the decision on the granting of the subsidy funds.
Acquisition of a home - The application for granting subsidies shall be submitted within one year from the date of entry in the land register.
Renewal of an owner-occupied home - The application for subsidies must be made with regard to the corresponding structural measures within one year of the land register entry.
If the application deadlines are not met, the entitlement to subsidies is lost.
