"All sausage?" -Alternative offer and source of ideas for healthy catering at club and other events (brochure and website)

"Celebrating and eating keeps body and soul together", as our ancestors used to say. In order to be able to eat easily and healthily at parties, drinks receptions and other official or private events, there is now an idea guide: "Alles Wurscht?", in the form of a website.

A project group consisting of members of all Liechtenstein municipal health commissions has managed to implement its ideas in a modern way. The website www.alleswurscht.li (from April 13, 2015) shows many possibilities for healthy alternative catering for village life, but also in the private sphere. These ideas can be implemented at any event.

Catering at club and public events is often very traditional and not very health-oriented. The first version of the "Alles Wurscht?" flyer was produced in 2007 as an alternative and source of ideas for healthy catering at events. The Schellenberg and Gamprin health commissions produced the flyer at the time.

The revised brochure is now being supplemented by an attractive website. It will be further expanded in the future and contains recipes, links and lots of information. The titles in Liechtenstein dialect are a novelty. This makes you feel at home on the site and makes you want to read more.

In addition, traditional Liechtenstein recipes have been modernized and made lighter and more digestible. "Alles Wurscht?" thus becomes a unique pleasure.

The recipes on the website are intended to serve as inspiration for a balanced diet, in addition to traditional offerings (e.g. sausage and bread, chips, etc.).

True to the motto: both - and. Because sausage and bread are part of our food culture. But - there is also something else!
