Bullying

Mobbing in working life (also referred to as psychological terror) is understood to be actions that are carried out by a person or a group in a systematic manner against a specific person with the aim and/or effect of ejecting them from the employment relationship. The actions must be subjectively interpreted by the person affected as hostile, occur frequently (e.g. daily, weekly) and over a long period of time. The attacked person thereby gets into an inferior position; he feels expelled.
