Birth
Every child born to a Liechtenstein citizen or foreign national residing in Liechtenstein must be registered with the Liechtenstein Civil Registry Office after birth. Only after the birth has been registered can a birth certificate be ordered from the Liechtenstein Civil Registry Office. For the issuance of an identity card or passport, you must contact the Migration and Passport Office.
