Brochure with information and assistance

The brochure "WITH ME NOT - Sexual harassment in the workplace" aims to raise awareness of the fact that sexual harassment does indeed exist in the workplace and to have a preventative effect in this sense. Those affected should be encouraged to make their boundaries clear and to defend themselves; employees who are aware of collective or individual sexual harassment in their environment should be encouraged to react clearly and consistently to incidents of this kind. The brochure also shows how employers are obliged by the Gender Equality Act to ensure a harassment-free working environment.
